Check the active Email PRO plan, relevant domain and settings available in your Client Area.
Email PRO is the ideal solution for a professional and personalized email using your company name. It allows you to present a serious image and gain the trust of your collaborators. This service enables you to create an email account with your domain name in a format such as: info@yourdomainname.
Increase the number of Email PRO accounts?
You can increase the number of your Email PRO accounts from your client area by simply following the instructions below: 1- Log in to your client area and click Services
2- Next, click on the line of your Email PRO service for which you want to increase the number of accounts.
3- In the menu on the left, click on Upgrade/Downgrade your hosting plan.
On the next page, you will notice two different options for increasing based on your needs:
Per Unit
By Pack
Choose the plan you need, click on Select a Product , and complete your order.
Check the result and troubleshoot
Quotas, account numbers and options depend on your service. After a change, check the values in the service details and test the mailbox. Increasing the number of accounts does not necessarily increase each address's storage.
