Before you begin
The cPanel account password is separate from the mailbox password. Check your permitted quotas before creating an address.
To create your email address in cPanel, please follow these steps: 1. Log in to cPanel. 2. In the Email, click Email Accounts.
3. Click on +Create
4. If you have multiple domain names on your hosting account, select the desired domain name from the dropdown menu below and enter the username for your email address.
5. In the "Password" field, type your password.
6. Set the disk space for your new email account.
7. Click on Create Account.
Your email address is immediately operational.

Check the result and troubleshoot
Use the complete email address as the username in your mail client. Open Connect Devices for secure server settings. Send a message to an external address and reply to it to test both directions.
