A signature in Email PRO can identify your business and provide useful contact details in outgoing messages.

What is Email PRO?

Email PRO provides domain-based email using your domain name (.ma domain name), such as info@example.com. Antispam and antivirus tools help reduce unwanted or harmful mail, but do not protect against every intrusion. The described mailbox includes 5 GB of storage. You can increase your Email PRO storage quota according to the upgrades currently available for your service; check the actual maximum in your account.

How to add an Email PRO signature

Follow these steps to add a signature: 1. Sign in to Email PRO Webmail.

2. Click Settings in the left menu

3. Open Identities

4. Choose the email identity whose signature you want to edit.

5. Enter the details you want in the signature, such as your name, job title, website and professional profile links.

  1. If you want a formatted signature, enable the HTML editing option offered by the interface. Add appropriate images and links and check the result in a test message.
  2. Click Save.

Check the result and troubleshoot

Send a test message and a reply to check signature insertion. Recipients may block remote images. A Webmail signature does not necessarily apply to messages written in another app.
