Sign in to your Client Area and check the selected service or domain before changing its settings.
How it works
When you place your order, domain name registration is processed upon activation. This occurs right after the validation of your payment. If it's an order for reserving a .ma domain name, it will be activated manually after verifying the .MA conditions. Activation depends on processing and required checks. Review support messages if information is missing. For applicable generic domains, contact verification is required within 15 days. Follow the registrar’s confirmation link and stated deadline promptly.
Check the result and troubleshoot
After confirming, check the service status or confirmation message. If the option is unavailable, open a ticket identifying the service and expected result, without sending a password.
