Use the settings provided for your Email PRO service when connecting a mail client. Always check your account’s server names; do not copy an example domain unchanged.
Choose IMAP or POP
IMAP generally suits multiple devices because it synchronizes messages and folders with the server. POP downloads messages; whether they remain on the server depends on the client’s settings. POP does not necessarily delete every message as soon as it is read.
Configure incoming mail
Use the full email address as the username and the mailbox password. Encrypted configurations commonly use IMAP on port 993 or POP on port 995 with implicit TLS, but follow your service’s actual settings.
Configure outgoing SMTP
Enter the outgoing server and enable authentication with the required credentials. Secure setups often use port 465 with implicit TLS or 587 with STARTTLS. The port and encryption mode must match.
Test the mailbox
- Sign in to Webmail to verify the credentials.
- Send a message from the client to an external address.
- Reply from that address and check reception.
- If necessary, check the Spam folder and mailbox quota.
If a certificate warning appears
Do not disable TLS verification. Check the service’s recommended server name and contact support if the certificate does not match.
