Managing calendars and contacts through cPanel allows you to keep your events and communication well-organized across devices. This guide will walk you through creating, editing, deleting, and syncing calendars and address books in cPanel.

Accessing Calendars and Contacts in cPanel
- Log in to cPanel
- Open the Calendars and Contacts Interface
- Scroll down to the Email section.
- Click on Calendars and Contacts Management.
Creating a Calendar or Address Book
In the Calendars and Contacts interface, click the Create button.
Fill in the Details
- Collection Type: Choose Calendar or Address Book.
- Collection Name: Enter a name for your new item.
- Color (for calendars): Select a color to help visually identify the calendar.
- Description: Optionally add a brief description.
Click Submit to save and create your new calendar or address book.
Editing & Deleting a Calendar or Address Book
To edit an existing Calendar :
- In the list of collections, locate the one you want to edit.
- Click the pencil icon next to the collection’s name.
- Change the name, color (for calendars), or description as needed.
- Click Submit to apply the updates.
To delete an existing calendar :
- Click the trash can icon to start the deletion process.
- A confirmation message will appear. Click OK to delete.
Note: Default collections created when you set up your email account cannot be deleted.
