You can upgrade or downgrade your web hosting plan from your Client Area at any time. The price difference between the two plans will be automatically calculated during the order process.
To upgrade your hosting plan:
1. Log in to your Client Area and click on “Services”.
2. Click on the plan you want to upgrade.
3. In the left menu, click on “Upgrade Plan”.
4. Select the new hosting plan and your payment cycle.
5. Complete the order and payment process.
Your account will be upgraded quickly once your payment is confirmed.
Notes:
- If the renewal invoice for your hosting plan is already generated, it must be paid before placing an upgrade order.
- If you want to switch to another type of hosting, such as from a shared hosting plan to a VPS server, you need to place a new order for the VPS server. Our technical support team will handle the migration.
- To downgrade a hosting plan, please contact support and open a ticket.
