If you wish to cancel one of our services, this guide will assist you through the process. Whether it’s due to changing needs, financial considerations, or any other reason, we will explain the key steps, what to expect, and important details to keep in mind to avoid any complications.
Let’s make the cancellation process simple and straightforward.
1. Log in to your client area
2. Click on Services
3. Choose the service you wish to cancel
The service details will appear.
4. In the left menu, click on Request Cancellation
5. You will have two options at this step:
- Immediate cancellation:
Your service will be terminated within 24 hours after receiving your cancellation request. From that moment, access to your services will be interrupted, and all associated features will stop working. If you have data to save, we recommend doing so before the cancellation.
- Cancellation at the expiration date:
Your service will not be renewed and will automatically end on the scheduled expiration date. Until that date, you will continue to have full access to the services. However, after the expiration date, access will be disabled, and the service will be permanently canceled. If you want to keep your data, please back it up before this deadline.
6. Finally, confirm your choice by clicking on Request Cancellation once again.
Important Note: In the case of a service cancellation request, no refund will be issued for any remaining period or unused service.
