Configuring an autoresponder on cPanel can be very useful. Indeed, the autoresponder is an essential tool for any email campaign.
Autoresponders, as the name suggests, trigger an automatic response when a specific event occurs, such as a registration, a product or service purchase, a complaint, etc.
You can customize your autoresponder as you like. You can specify the email to be sent to recipients, the send time, sending details, the trigger for the response, as well as several other settings we will explore later.
Setting up an autoresponder in your email system allows you to stay in touch with your customers or email recipients in general, even when you’re unavailable.
For example, when there is a new registration on a website, you can schedule a message detailing the first steps to navigate the site and provide any information the registered person may need.
