How to add a signature to my Email PRO address?

Creating a signature in your Email PRO account to insert into the emails you send allows you to appear more professional to the recipients of your emails and thereby gain their trust.

What is Email PRO?

Email PRO is a messaging service that allows you to create a confidential, personalized email address containing your domain name (.ma domain name), such as: info@yourdomain.com.

Equipped with spam filters and antivirus protection, the service helps you avoid wasting time and energy while protecting your inbox from any foreign intrusion attempts.

Additionally, you benefit from 5GB of disk space to store all your documents. You can increase the disk space quota for your Email PRO account at any time, up to a maximum of 15GB.

How to add a signature to my Email PRO address?

To add a personalized signature, simply follow the steps illustrated below:

1- Log in to your Email PRO messaging interface.

2- Click on Settings in the left menu.

3- In the settings page, click on Identities.

4- On the next page, choose the email address for which you want to add a signature.

5- In the writing field, you can directly insert all the information you want to include in your signature, such as your name, job title, website, social media profiles like LinkedIn, etc.

6- If you want to use HTML code to customize your signature, simply click on the image icon at the top, as shown above. You can add images, links, or codes as desired.

7- Click on the save button!
