Shared web hosting accounts on cPanel are subject to certain resource limits to ensure that all users only consume their fair share of resources on the server.
These limits may vary depending on the hosting plan used and the recommended level of resources.
Reaching the limits set for your account will slow down all processes (up to that limit) and make them take much longer to complete.

Understanding the Limits
CPU: Specifies the processor limit in terms of cores.
RAM: Refers to the amount of memory actually used by the client’s processes.
Entry Processes (EP): Typically represent the maximum number of simultaneous connections to Apache dynamic scripts, as well as SSH and cron jobs running at the same time.
I/O: Refers to the data throughput limit for the client. It is measured in KB or MB/s.
File Usage: Indicates the number of files and folders on your hosting account.
