Before you begin
Prepare your full email address, password and the secure settings supplied for your service. Email PRO and cPanel may use different servers.
Email PRO provides professional email using your company’s domain name, helping customers recognize your business and communicate with you. Antivirus and antispam tools help reduce unwanted or harmful mail but do not eliminate every risk. Each mailbox includes 5 GB of disk space, with options to increase storage.

You can access your mailbox through a mail client using POP3 or IMAP (see the Email PRO configuration settings)
Webmail
You can also access your mailbox through your browser using Webmail.
Check the result and troubleshoot
Use IMAP to synchronize multiple devices unless you have a specific reason to use another method. With POP, retaining messages on the server depends on your client's settings. Test incoming and outgoing mail separately; SMTP may require authentication even when reception works.
