Increase the number of email PRO accounts
You can increase the number of your PRO emails from your client area by simply following the steps below:
1- Log in to your client area and click on Services
2- Then click on the line of your relevant PRO Email.
3- In the menu on the left, click on Upgrade/downgrade options.
4- Enter the total number of PRO emails you wish to have. For example, if you already have 3 and want to add 2, the total number of emails you need to enter is 5.
5- Click on click to continue to finalize your changes.
Increase the quota of your email PRO accounts
On the same page, you can modify the quota assigned to your PRO Email inboxes.
Each of your email inboxes comes with a standard storage space of 5GB, which you can increase up to 15GB. That said, you need to enter the total storage space you want.
If you already have 5GB standard, and need 10GB in total for your inbox storage, meaning you need to add 5GB extra, you should enter the number 1 (1*5GB=10GB).
Therefore, if you need 15GB, you enter 2 to get 10GB extra, which is the maximum amount you can add.
Finally, click on click to continue to finalize your changes.
