Use the following configuration settings after creating a PRO email address for your email client software:
Table of Contents
Email PRO Incoming Servers
POP3 Server: mail.yourdomain.com
POP3 Port: 110 or 995 (SSL)
IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
IMAP Port: 143 or 993 (SSL)
Username: your email
Password: the password of your email
The POP3 protocol allows you to retrieve your emails from a remote server and store them locally on the computer or device you’re using. This causes the emails to be automatically deleted from the server once retrieved.
The IMAP protocol, which stands for Interactive Message Access Protocol, works similarly to POP3 but offers more features. With IMAP, you can retrieve emails without them being deleted from the server. It allows you to access your inbox from multiple devices, including Webmail. Any changes made on one device will be synchronized across all others, allowing for better management of multiple inboxes.
Email PRO Outgoing Servers
SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com (don’t forget to replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name)
SMTP Port: 25, 587, or 465 (SSL)
Username: your email
Password: the password of your email
If SSL doesn’t work for your host, try using one of the following servers:
POP Server: mail.hostedemail.ma
IMAP Server: mail.hostedemail.ma
SMTP Server: mail.hostedemail.ma
The SMTP protocol, or Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, is used to transfer emails from one server to another. The message is transferred after selecting a sender and recipient.
