To configure an email account on Apple, follow these steps. You can use your iOS system (Apple’s system) to set up one or more email accounts on your iPhone, allowing you to access your emails anywhere and anytime you want.
1- On your home screen, find the “Mail” app by Apple and tap on it.
2- Tap on “Other”.
3- Tap on “Add Mail Account” to create a new one and fill in the required information.
Name: Your domain name (Order a .ma domain/Order a .com domain or another extension)
Email: Your email address
Password: Your password
4- Choose the option you prefer (IMAP or POP3) and fill in the required fields.
POP3 server: mail.yourdomain.com
POP3 port: 110 or 995 (SSL)
IMAP server: mail.yourdomain.com
IMAP port: 143 or 993 (SSL)
Name: Your domain name
Email: Your email address
Host name: mail.yourdomainname
Note:
We recommend choosing the IMAP protocol, which allows you to retrieve your emails without deleting them from the server, unlike the POP3 protocol, which deletes them from the server once they are stored on the device.
5- Tap on “Next.” The verification may take a few minutes.
Your account is now created and successfully configured.
6- Once your email account is created, go to the settings of your “Mail” app (Settings), select your main account, and enable the “Mail” option.
