You have registered your domain name with Cap Connect and wish to connect it to your EasyWP hosting? This article is for you, so please follow the steps below.
Before proceeding with the connection, you first need to add your domain to your EasyWP hosting. For more details, click here.
The connection involves adding the IP addresses (A records) to your DNS zone for your domain.
NOTE: If you manage your domain through Cloudflare, it is crucial to add these records to the DNS zone of your domain on Cloudflare.

Adding EasyWP Records to the DNS Zone
Log in to your client area
Go to the Domains section on the homepage or the main menu of your account
The list of your domains will appear. Click on Manage Domain and then DNS Zone Management
In some cases, you may notice that the DNS zone is not yet created; you can click on Yes, Create.
Once the DNS zone is created, you can proceed to connect your domain to EasyWP.
We will use the second record mentioned in the list above: ingress-alpha.easywp.com.
First, modify the A record for the existing domain and replace it with one of the IP addresses from the record.
Next, add the second IP address from the record.
Finally, modify the CNAME record for WWW with the value ingress-alpha.easywp.com.
NOTE: After copying and adding the record to the host’s DNS records, it may take up to 24 hours for it to take effect.
Check if the propagation is complete in your EasyWP account by clicking the Check Domain button. If the domain points correctly to EasyWP, you will see the following:
