How to change my client account information?

If you want to update your personal information on your client account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Client Area using your email address and password.

2. In the menu (Welcome, Your First Name!), click on Edit Your Information.

3. Enter the new information you want to update, then click on Save Changes.

Your information is now updated!

Note:

While editing, you may notice that some fields cannot be modified:

  • Country, for tax reasons
  • Company name, for billing reasons
  • Your first name, last name, and email address, for security and better data protection.

If you want to update any of these fields, please open a support ticket explaining your reasons for the changes.
